  • Can you incorporate custom artwork or illustrations?
    Yes, custom artwork and illustrations can be incorporated into your invitations. Simply provide your artwork or discuss your ideas with me during our call, and I will work to integrate them into the design according to your vision.
  • What types of wedding invitations are offered?
    I offer fully custom-made, personalized wedding and event invitations in multiple formats, including digital (both static and animated) and physical versions, with the option of printing and shipping to your location. Each invitation is thoughtfully designed to incorporate cultural and thematic elements unique to you, making it truly special. Since every invite is tailored to your needs, I collaborate closely with clients to brainstorm and create a wide range of themes and concepts that perfectly capture the essence of your celebration.
  • Rush Orders
    Yes, rushed orders can be accommodated. This will need to be discussed during the initial consultation phase to determine if it can be agreed upon. A premium cost of 30% above the normal price will apply.
  • How do you ensure the invitations match our wedding theme?
    During the initial discussion, the themes, mood boards, color schemes, and overall tone of the wedding will be explored in depth. These will be translated into sketches and mood boards. Due to the meticulous approach taken throughout the entire process and various stages of design, consistency with the wedding theme will be ensured.
  • Can I request a specific design or theme?
    Since every invitation suite is custom made, you can be assured that each element in the layout will be crafted according to the design brief established during our initial discussions. At every stage of the design process, I will send layouts to you for feedback. I will only proceed to the next stage once all changes are finalized and approved by you.
  • How do I start the design process?
    The initial consultation stage is crucial, as it allows the client and designer to align on design aesthetics, themes, events, fonts, and colors. Following this, sketches and mood boards will be created and presented to you. These will be discussed during a subsequent call, and once approved, the color rendering stage will begin.
  • How long does the design process take?
    Stage 1: Concept Development (3-5 business days) Brainstorming will be done, and mood boards with initial sketches will be presented to ensure the vision is aligned. Stage 2: Colors and Shading (7-9 business days) Once sketches are approved, colors will be applied to the layout. Final tweaks will be made, and the invitation suite will be delivered. Stage 3: Animation (7-9 business days) For animated invites, a storyboard will be sent for approval, and the final animation will be completed. Stage 4: Printing (3-6 business days) If physical invitations are required, printing will be completed within 3-6 business days. Stage 5: Shipping (3-15 days) Shipping will take 3-15 days, depending on the Country of delivery.
  • What if I need revisions after the initial design?
    At every stage of the design process, detailed review and feedback sessions will be held after the deliverables are sent to you. The next stage will proceed only after approval is received, ensuring that the invitations remain aligned with the wedding design brief.
  • What happens during the initial consultation?
    During the initial consultation, a comprehensive understanding of the couple's unique story and design sensibilities is sought. Themes, color preferences, the wedding venue, and any cultural elements to be incorporated are discussed. Additionally, timeframes and specific requirements regarding printing and shipping are covered to ensure a seamless process.
  • Can I see a digital proof before printing?
    Yes, at every stage of the design process, watermarked digital presentations will be sent for your feedback and approval.
  • What are the accepted payments?
    Paypal, Revolut, bank transfer, G-pay. Please note that payments made via PayPal will incur a 4% service charge, which will be added to the final invoice. To avoid this fee, I encourage payments through Bank Transfer, Gpay, or Revolut, which do not carry any additional charges.
  • What is the starting price?
    The starting price for the invitations can be as low as 50 Euros, with costs increasing based on specific requirements.
  • Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
    A quotation will be provided after the initial call, once all necessary details are collected. If you choose to add or modify any part of the project after confirmation, it may affect the price and will be evaluated individually and communicated to you. This includes changes to printing, packaging, and delivery costs, which can vary based on paper type, size, envelope style, and final shipping destinations. These details will be communicated through updated quotations, and printing will proceed only after client approval. You can be assured that there are no hidden costs that could cause concern.
  • What is the payment schedule?
    After our initial call, where we will discuss the details of the invitations, work on the project will begin once the initial payment (50% of the final price) has been received. The remaining 50% is due upon approval of the final designs, before the delivery of digital files. For printed invitations, the invoice for printing and shipping will be sent once the proof of printing, and must be paid before shipment.
  • What printing options do you offer?
    I offer a variety of premium printing options to suit your needs: Offset Printing: Ideal for bulk orders with vibrant colors and sharp images. Digital Printing: Cost-effective for smaller quantities, with quick turnaround times. Foil Stamping: Adds a luxurious metallic finish to your invitations. Laser Cutting: Creates intricate designs and patterns for a unique touch. Embossing/Debossing: Adds a tactile element with raised or indented effects. Recycled Paper Printing: An eco-friendly option for the environmentally conscious couple. These options ensure that your invitations can be tailored to reflect your style and preferences.
  • Test Prints
    I do offer the option to have test prints. If chosen, initial test prints of the invitations will be made, and the files will be sent to you in digital format prior to final bulk printing. If you wish to receive a physical copy, this can be arranged as well. This option comes at an additional cost, which varies based on several factors, including the number of deliverables, types of printing, and shipping destination.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    Yes, I offer international shipping. Shipping rates will be quoted based on the destination.
  • How is shipping handled?
    Shipping is handled using preferred courier services such as DHL and FedEx. You can choose between standard and express shipping options. Quotes for both options will be provided, allowing you to make an informed decision.
  • Do you offer additional services, like RSVP cards or save-the-dates?
    Yes, I offer a comprehensive range of additional services to meet all your wedding stationery needs. In addition to custom wedding invitations, I provide RSVP cards, save-the-dates, thank-you cards, and more. In addition, I also create matching stationery items, such as menu cards, place cards, and signage, ensuring a cohesive look for your wedding. Think of me as your one-stop shop for all your wedding invitation and stationery requirements, dedicated to making your special day even more memorable.
  • Can I request animated invitations?
    Yes, custom animated invitations can be created. The process begins with brainstorming sessions, where ideas and concepts are discussed, followed by sketches and storyboards. Once the concepts are finalized, the animation phase is initiated. Throughout the entire process, collaboration is prioritized, ensuring that you are kept informed and that your vision is reflected in the final product.
